Electric Cars

Electric cars are vehicles that are powered entirely or primarily by electric energy, typically stored in batteries. Unlike conventional cars that use internal combustion engines fueled by gasoline or diesel, electric cars utilize one or more electric motors for propulsion. They are known for their efficiency and lower emissions, as they produce little to no tailpipe pollution. The vehicles are charged via external power sources, such as home charging stations or public charging networks. Electric cars come in various types, including battery electric vehicles (BEVs), which run solely on electric power, and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), which combine an electric motor with a conventional engine. With increasing advancements in battery technology, electric cars offer improved range, reduced charging times, and enhanced performance, making them increasingly popular as a sustainable transportation option.
